With adequate support and training however our referred clients have the ability to be successful in his/her chosen field

I’m an employer, will it cost me anything?
There will be no financial implications for the business providing the placement opportunity. Donegal Horizons CLG. just asks that you consider offering a Community opportunity / work placement as part of the overall training package.
Steps Taken and Advantages
Initial Meeting / Vocational Profiling –Trainee assigned Client Facilitator/Keyworker to discuss career options.
Job Preparation –Client Facilitator/Keyworker prepares trainee with necessary skills and qualities for work placement.
Job Trial –Client Facilitator/Keyworker contacts community employers / businesses to organise a relevant work placement.
Work Experience –Client Facilitator/Keyworker offers free Disability Awareness Training to co– workers of the Donegal Horizons CLG trainee
Client Facilitator/Keyworker- job coaches with trainee until they are confident and offers regular support and monitoring visits.
Career Development –The Client Facilitator/Keyworker explores options for trainees progression within work. These can include steps to paid employment.
